Session Length:

This experience is three hours in duration. We are available for bookings 7 days a week, subject to availability. Please book well in advance to secure your preferred date.

Guidelines:

Special dietary requirements can be catered for. Please advise us of your requirements at the time of booking. The venue you select must have appropriate kitchen facilities available for use. A boutique beverage pack of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is provided.

Other Info:

Flowers and other special requests can be arranged at an additional cost.

Crockery, cutlery and glassware is not included. You will need to supply these or they can be organised for an additional cost. Each participant will be served the same three courses.

Product Description

What could be more romantic than a personal chef preparing a delicious three-course meal for you to enjoy in your favourite Sydney location?
Treat yourself and that special someone to a night you will never forget! Sit back, relax and leave everything to us. We’ll arrive at your special venue, set your table, serve your drinks and cook your food and all this is done whilst you sit back, enjoy each other’s company and the fine dining experience.
You’ll start the night with champagne (included) and canapés, before sitting down for a three-course meal prepared by your own personal chef.

As an example and depending on your personal preferences, your menu could include:

Cold appetizers
Fresh Jumbo gulf shrimp with a tangy cocktail sauce and fresh lemon
Smoked salmon on crispy salad leaves with capers, Spanish onion, and sour cream

Hot appetizers
Lump crabcakes and spinach in a garlic cream sauce with fresh herbs
Char-siu pork tossed with Asian vegetables, glass noodles, chilli and peanuts

Main course
Fresh mountain trout sautéed in fresh lemon butter and capers on a warm salad of English spinach, avocado and chargrilled red capsicum
Fresh large shrimp, sea scallops, crab meat and baby octopus tossed with linguini in a light tomato sauce
Grilled Boneless New York steak with Roquefort butter
Roasted rack of tenderly bred young lamb with Dijon sauce and caramelized Spanish onion
Scallopine of veal sautéed in Madeira wine with a splash of cream and Swiss mushroom
Breast of chicken filled with spinach, goat cheese, prosciutto with marsala and mushroom sauce

Dessert
Lemon cream, raspberry jelly cake
Ginger pudding with seasonal fruits and butterscotch sauce
Coffee, tea and chocolates
